SHINGCHEM held its year-end work conference to review the achievements of the past year, outline plans for 2026, and hosted a spectacular evening gala.
The daytime conference featured six key segments. CEO Mr. Lee delivered an opening speech, reviewing annual performance and future prospects. This was followed by a “Q&A Session” where departments including Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Documentation, and Sales presented their reports. The session was interspersed with awards such as the Breakup Star, TOP SALES，Best Rising Star，Most Dedicated Award， seamlessly integrating review and recognition.
The subsequent segments highlighted the company’s humane culture: “Five-Year Service Anniversary” honored long-serving employees; “SHINGCHEM ” featured sales elites sharing insights; “SHINGCHEM Star Baby” granted red envelopes to newborns of current employees; “SHINGCHEM Elder Respect” provided Old Age Pension to non-parent employees with over ten years of service; and “SHINGCHEM Mutual Aid” offered annual scholarships to children of deceased staff, reflecting corporate responsibility and warmth.
The evening gala was vibrant with performances including singing, dancing, and drama, where employees showcased their talents and strengthened team bonds amidst laughter and joy.
The event not only clarified the company’s development path but also enhanced internal cohesion, injecting confidence and momentum for SHINGCHEM’s new journey in 2026.
